The Dell EMC 100-564-837 is a 1U sliding rack rail kit (commonly referred to as ReadyRails or universal sliding rails) designed for mounting 1U Dell EMC servers and certain 1U networking devices in standard 19-inch server racks.
This kit provides a smooth, full-extension sliding mechanism that allows the server to be pulled completely out of the rack for easy servicing, cabling, component replacement, or upgrades without needing to unmount or lift the entire unit. It is a tool-less or minimal-tool design for rapid installation in most rack types, making it one of the most commonly used rail solutions for Dell EMC 1U hardware in enterprise data centers, server rooms, and IT environments.

The 100-564-837 consists of a pair of adjustable, telescoping steel rails (left and right sides) with quick-release latches, snap-in mounting points, and included hardware for secure attachment. The rails extend fully, allowing complete server access while remaining safely supported in the rack.
It supports both 2-post (telco-style) and 4-post racks, with compatibility for:

Square-hole racks (tool-less snap-in installation)
Round-hole unthreaded racks (using cage nuts and screws)
Threaded racks (using provided screws)

The kit is adjustable to fit a wide range of rack depths (typically spanning ~631–868 mm or 24.8–34.2 inches), making it versatile for most standard 19-inch EIA-310 compliant racks from Dell and third-party manufacturers.
This rail kit is most frequently associated with Dell EMC PowerEdge 13th and 14th generation 1U servers (e.g., R630, R640, R430, R440, R330, R340), but it is backward compatible with many 13G models in square-hole or threaded racks. It is also used with some 1U Dell EMC networking switches (e.g., S4112 series).
